This McDonald's at 2627 n Mannheim Franklin Park the service is very bad they messed up the order you wait for your order like 20 minutes or more some people were just walking out this is bad I will not go to this location again.
Racist against black men, I am a faithful drive through customer, almost every day. Today I decided to walk in and order but I needed to use the restroom first (it's always locked) , so I asked to use the restroom and she told me that I needed a receipt to use the restroom. Guess what 5 minutes later a white woman asked to use the restroom , and was allowed no questions asked!! And If you are wondering , I am 50 years old , although that shouldn't matter

They never salt the fries at night and only about half the time during the day. They say its policy for at night, but no other mcdonalds does this. Its ridiculous. Is it really that expensive for a multibillion dollar company that routinely short staffs and underpays its employees to add a little bit of salt to flavor the fries which otherwise dont taste good?

Ordered Iced black coffee with equal. I get a iced coffee loaded in cream. I said nicely I ordered black coffee only equal. Girl was so cocky and rude said that's what you ordered and got. I said no I didnt order and iced coffee I ordered an ice black coffee. black coffee has no milk no cream hence the name. Dumps the cup with the biggest attitude and gives me correct order with the biggest attitude. This girl has given my coworkers problems in past as well. not good customer service.
