I came in wanting for a pepperoni pizza and bread sticks. I waited for a while and then they came out with the pizza, bread sticks and a second order of bread sticks that I didn't ask for. I couldn't get a refund for that second order of bread sticks. And then I came home seeing the bread sticks aren't even cut just one big bread

The pizza was very horrible. It’s like taking a bite from a cardboard is all dry.
Pizza does not taste the same anymore. Super dry cheese gets hard by the time you get home with it. That when you bite it you have to chew the piece off it’s so hard.

These guys used to be on point. They've messed up last couple of orders and now deliver well after the estimated time. Today I had to call to check on my order since it was late and all of a sudden "it just left". Good thing I called.

This Pizza Hut is a disgrace! I ordered a timed order for 8:45. It was not ready until 9! Secondly, I ordered the Chicago Tavern Style Pizza, which is supposed to have seasoning on it, which is what makes the pizza good. There was no seasoning on my pizza. There was also almost no sauce on the pizza either, and I had not asked for light sauce. I had ordered this pizza many times from another Pizza Hut and it was great. But the pizza from this one was absolutely awful. I will never order from this Pizza Hut again! They should be ashamed of themselves!

Did an online order for a regular pizza with roma tomato toppings. They called to apologize and say they didn't have the topping and asked if I'd like something else on the pizza instead. I declined because it was just going to be an experiment and I didn't care. To make it up to me I was given a free order of cheesy bread.
Another time I ordered a pizza but the dough had a big bubble while baking and made the pizza look ugly. They apologized before I even saw the pizza and had already started to remake it before I arrived. Wound up getting 2 pizzas for price of one since the "ugly" one wouldn't be served.
Ordered 3 pizzas i picked up before the 15 min estimate. One was completely dried out like cardboard that went to the trash. One pizza was half dry the other looked ok. Nobody there had hair nets. What di ya know my daughter found hairs on one pizza. It all went to the trash. Maybe tell the employees to wash their hands before grabbing fist fulls of dough from the yellow bucket of dough. Upon getting home my daughter told me she saw the employee go from eating at a table to going to the cash register then straight away to putting her hand in the dough bucket. Waste of money. We ended up ordering elsewhere after throwing out that garbage food.

I missed the original pizza hut,it's not the lazy employees fault since nobody cares any more, it's the franchise fault for making pizza hut as fast food joint,they should change the name,to respect the original name.

Eric the manager was very pleasurable was able to give me a discount when I miss placed my wallet and walked out happily with food to feed my family definitely recommend 10 out of 10
