I was hella disappointed in the food, the service. The you lady seemed she didn’t wanna be there. I had to use a buzzer to get service. This is my second time going here. The first time was great. For and service was great. I hate to do this, but I’m spending my hard earned money.

Rude employee , unbelievable service. Immediately girlfriend had a disgusting attitude towards me when trying to order. I do my best to be kind to workers especially during the holiday season however little Miss Destiney must’ve been upset this evening . With a name like that you’d think she’d be kind or something but no. Food was disappointing and gross. The night manager Is one of the worst most disrespectful people I have ever came across exact reason he did not let me know his name. He refused to take my order for my children all because I explained I was waiting already too long over 10 mins just to get my order taken

Literally asked if that was everything and the drive thru person told me yes and I was still missing items I try to call 9 times no answer!!! Very unprofessional and I’m very disappointed that there was nobody I could speak to about my order and I spent 31 dollars that’s insane!!! Then my mozzarella sticks didn’t have any cheese in it just ridiculous! 3 hot dog combos with tots mozzarella cheese sticks combo with tots and no tots insane! No cheese in my mozzarella sticks is insane!
This place is an ABSOLUTE disgrace. Ordered lunch here for a couple of my employees. FIRST they claimed they were completely out of ranch.. we questioned how they made the wrap with RANCH then.. and she said “oh yeah, I guess we do have ranch”
Then we get the food back to the shop & every burger is wrong (despite being right on the receipt) I guess reading a receipt and making a burger is too difficult for the staff and management here. What a shame, you guys are pathetic. $75 down the drain. After reading other reviews and noticing sonic takes the time to print “NO CASH REFUNDS. STORE CREDIT ONLY” on every receipt.. it’s abundantly clear why they do that, because they do nothing but screw up.
Spare us your pathetic copy and paste google review response to this and either learn how to run a business or close you doors and stop screwing the locals. You guys are an absolute disgrace and should be ashamed/out of business.
