I made a mobile order at 115. It said it'll be done by 123. Its not 133 and my food is still in the kitchen prompt.

I guess I just gave a donation because I'm leaving. I ordered a junior double cheese burger.

Pressed the red button in the stall and waited 10 minutes before I realized they had turned it off. Pressed it again and they tell me to go to the drive thru To order. After 10 minutes in the heat. Rude, and inconsiderate but whatever. Long story short, I paid for a double burger and got a single. Wife got a chicken sandwich and the patty was hard enough to not be able to eat it. Also the tater tots were hard as hell, and cold. I paid $25 for food that was inedible and nasty. I was too far to go back so we just ate what we could and threw away the rest. Hire competent people, sonic.
The place was almost empty on a Saturday, so maybe the service has something to do with that.

Extremely rude staff experience with a young lady with curly hair working the drive thru. We pulled up and they asked for a minute. We waited there for 15 minutes. Nothing said to us. We pull up to the window after seeing the one car there move to see if everything was okay. Waited, knocked on the window. Waited some more finally we saw the employee and we knocked to get her attention. She came extremely rude saying they are backed up we explained we never got service and wanted to order. She looked at us and we were like do we leave like what is going on. She closed the window on us so we left. Worst experience here I understand short staffing but maybe say something in the beginning not leaving us to wait 15 minutes with a line behind us only to help them once we tried to see what was going on at the window. Hope better staff is hired since y’all need more…
