This place is not relaxing at all; it's unsuitable for a coffee shop. The music is too loud, the machines are very noisy, and the echo is so annoying that you can't have a conversation without hearing others. It's fine if you want to buy a coffee and then leave, but not if you want to stay and relax.

I had a mobile order for pick up and I was waiting at the window and was told to go all the way around again to wait in line when my food was ready I had to end up going inside and getting my order you guys suck

I just went thru the drive thru and got two teas and as we all know the teas are typically steaming hot so I waited about 10-15 to start drinking my tea and sure enough. It wasn't tea it was some nasty coffee that tasted like mud. Couldn't go back bc it was closed. Super peeved.

Just left and I never leave reviews I'm a non confrontational person At first would have left one star but the gentleman who worked super quick and apologized And gave me a gift card small gesture but went a very long way. I think the guy at drive thru may be new which is fine I give grace. I waited at the window while I see about 5 drinks made in the time I waited. The line backed up. I grab my drink and immediately no. It was chalky not mixed just gross and chunky. I pulled around walked in said look at this I waited for ever in the line and it's not even mixed properly. He knew it and apologized made it right away and gave me a gift card for my next visit. Thank you for making a wrong, right. I didnt catch his name but he has blonde highlights. Super sweet. If he's not a manager, he should be!

Worst service, I always as for 90 decrees venti and I always get my coffee regular temperature. I have told them and they don’t even apologize. Regular temperature burns my tongue so I have to go to River Grove out of my way not to get burn with my coffee. Just horrible customer service.

Starbucks can you guys PLEASE STOP putting the cream cheese and silverware inside the same bag as the bagel. That’s disgusting we have to eat the bagel no telling where the cream cheeses or plastic ware is sitting before it touches our food! PLEASE STOP
