I was at this subway on Mannheim and Grand in Franklin Park over a month ago, and there was a note that said GIFT CARD NOT WORKING. Today I stop by again and the same sign is still there. So I asked when are you guys going to fix the machine so you could accept gift cards? The staff person replied that they DO NOT ACCEPT gift cards. Also I asked for extra tuna they added 2 Scopes of tuna and I was charged 3.00 dollars. I agree you have to charge for extra but 3.00 dollars for 2 scoops sounds a little ridiculous to me.
