I ordered through the drive through but thr food met expectations and service was relatively prompt, although I didn't come by at rush hour or anything. Happy with the food though, would definitely go back if I am in the area again. Most importantly they gave me the right sauce packets in an appropriate quantity - not to many not too few.

This Taco Bell location needs to be re-Staffed. Total scam. Portions of the Food is low, items are always missing. They don’t organize your food. They toss it all in one bag. They don’t care this is unacceptable. It has been going on for quite some time now. It was never like this back in a good old days. I advise people to relocate to another Taco Bell. This one’s just big scam. What a Shame.

I come here several times a week. Everyone at this location is always very friendly & personable. Place is clean, roomy, music isn't blasting, I've never run into a delay, & the tacos/burritos are always full (unlike some other locations). My fav Taco Bell.

Absolutely Unacceptable
I ordered from Taco Bell around 7:10 PM, and my food was delivered by 7:30 PM. Everything seemed fine at first, but my night quickly turned into a nightmare. Around 10:30 PM, I started feeling nauseous and told my husband I wasn’t feeling well. By 11:45 PM, sheer chaos erupted—my daughter woke up screaming, violently throwing up all over the bed. Within minutes, my other daughter followed, and soon after, I was struck with the same horrifying sickness.
It is now 1:05 AM, and my first twin has thrown up five times, the second three times, and I have been sick three times myself. I have never experienced something so awful, and watching my babies suffer like this is absolutely heartbreaking. This is beyond just a bad meal—this is dangerous, and it needs to be addressed immediately. I expect Taco Bell to take responsibility and make this right. Someone needs to reach out to me as soon as possible to resolve this. This should never happen to anyone.

This has to be the best Taco Bell in the area. Their service is quick, they always have your order correct and their always in a friendly mood. Other taco bells in the area Northlake employees don't understand or speak English well , always screw up my order and attitudes r ridiculous Melrose Park they just don't care about anything I ran across one girl that seemed sincere and she wasn't there the next few times I went. Idk how these employees don't realize how important it is to just smile. Hopefully things get better with both Northlake and Melrose Park on North Ave locations Melrose Park 25th management has employees trained with customer service skills
I spend 60$ worth of food on here just for all of my chalupas to be made like this. I’ve worked previously at a taco bell myself and I’ve never ever made a chalupa as bogus as they did mines tonight. I will never be coming back to this location. I hate to say it but I made the drive to this location because the quality is better than the melrose park location but man you guys have lost me as a customer!
