I don’t like this Wendy’s because of the goofy people who works at the drive thru. Most of the time it’s young people. They charged my card twice and the food was cold as heck. They took a long time to bring out my food. So when I asked for a refund, the dude at the front counter had an attitude and was laughing in the back of the restaurant. The next few hours after eating this garbage, I was sick and throwing up. Later I went to hospital and was diagnosed with severe food poisoning. I suggest to go to a better McDonalds than this dump. Thank you for nothing.

This Wendy's is down the block from my job. I eat from this particular one at least two times a week and if I have to choose Wendy's I go to this one. I am familiar with the managers and workers behind the counter they always look out for me they don't mess up my food or overcook it they get it just right every time, the manager has even cut me breaks when my app coupons expire because I get out of work past midnight they take the extra step and go the extra mile I have recommended this particular location to all my co-workers & would to anyone. Plus it's always clean inside.

The food is great, I really hate that when you order on uber and they don’t give the driver the whole order because they simply forgot to this happens way too often then it should, the establishment should be run more efficiently and throughly…

Went through the drive thru and the guy taking my order said something I couldn't understand...I said what? He sounded frustrated..didn't want to repeat himself. ..guess because he has an accent...kept calling me boss and w.e, no issue...but I feel like it bugged them I couldn't understand him... because looked like they said something...in reference to me... didn't think anything of it... Got to work for my lunch with my 2 jr bacons..which they ruined....I'm sure on purpose because the patty was split in 2 the cheese looked weird too, like it was over done.like crusty and cold..it was dripping in mayonnaise, I gagged when I bit into it...way to much for anyone to handle. I wiped it off with a napkin and there was still some left over. I wouldn't be surprised if they mess with people's food who mess with them.... Look into this crew... working March 20,2025 at 8pm. Ruined my lunch... I'm very disappointed.... If they aren't happy there, please leave, walk out the door and go home.. Or wherever home is.

The lady was under a lot of pressure with several customers and still helped me use my app for a free chicken sandwich. The sandwich was good, and service excellent!
