Best fish place around in a few hour redious where you can uctually taste a real many different natural fish with a real natural fish taste without add-on factory chemicals and gmo !!
Finally stopped in to try some smoked fish. Had the smoked salmon and it's the best I've ever had. Almost a two hour drive but we like the drive, definitely will be back soon.
Smoking fish is a tough business. Schafer Fisheries, Inc. is still in the smoking fish business after all these years.... Oh, they got some fresh fish and a lot of frozen products as well, but smoked fish is what we were after today. Smoked fish is what we got today. Nice little perch fillet and a sturgeon slab as well. YUM!!!
