The food has been changed and MASTERED!!!!!! the beans are so soft! The flavors are sooo tasty, the rice is AMAZING. The flavor of the rice is perfect now, no more peanut flavor. I'm just in awe. Gonna come here every time I come to town. Oh and the meat is delicious too, I got the steak and it was tender and meaty. 😋
Authentic and delicious food, I have only been to the Galena location a couple of times but their original spot in Dubuque is fantastic as well. Adobos is the best mexican restaurant in the area!
Both my husband and I enjoy the burritos at Adobos. You can select the protein, type of beans, and other toppings and the burrito is made fresh for you. There were many other items on the menu, but we've only tried the burrito. Service was friendly and for me as a vegetarian, I appreciate that they would give me extra beans since there is no vegetarian protein option. I was looking for a substitute for Qdoba's and Adobos one works well enough.
