The food was good! We had fettuccine with side salad and pizza was good. And ordered tiramisu was really excited to try it. It was VERY wet at the bottom. The ladyfingers were basically mush. It was also too low in sugar for my taste. I’m not a super sweet dessert kind of person, but this felt lacking.

I use a rating system of 1-5 for restaurants (took a trip to Galena for the week in early February): 1) Price [1=expensive, 5=inexpensive] = 4 (inexpensive, relatively speaking) 2) Ambiance [1=none, 5=beautiful] = 2 (weird lighting - had been here a long time ago and the place has changed a lot, and not for the better) 3) Service [1=horrible, 5=perfect]: 5 (waitress was attentive and food and drinks were served in a reasonable timeframe) 4) Food/Drinks [1=awful, 5=fantastic]: 5 (had fettucine alfredo) OVERALL [Average of above 4 ratings] = 4.00 (4 stars)
bada bing.....bada swing for the fences when at Cannova's!! the supernova of pizza in the Galena area and we enjoyed our eats and treats as we stumbled in during a 4 degree day on the town!! we kept warm, well fed and well entertained by a great staff and a 12 year old daughter who thinks snap chat photos are a way of communicating!! the BEST pizza around and we recommend to anyone in the area to grab a seat at the tables!!

Love this place. Get pizza from here every time we are in Galena and it is always delicious.
My stepson walked in on a saturday early evening. There were 4 that walked in but he told the host we were 14 in total. He said he could only accommodate tables with max people of 6. He agreedbto be split up. Then the man said he couldnt handle all 14. Was that because of my stepsons Spanish accent? Because the place was empty. Curious.

Delicious pizza, we had a 16" pizza that was half cheese for the kids(they ate most of theirs right there) and the other half was Supreme! First good brandy old fashioned I've had since moving out of Northern Wisconsin in 2016. Definitely will be back whenever in Galena.Kid-friendliness: Our 4 yr old and 2 yr old loved the pizza

The pizza was good but I’ve definitely had better. We were very hungry so anything is good when you’re hungry. We got 1 cheese and 1 pepperoni. Delivery time was very long but it made sense for the area and it was accurate to the estimated time they said.
