This place is an amazing spot to sit, relax and enjoy a nice glass of wine. The service is beyond amazing and their wines are truly outstanding. We stayed in Galena for 3 days and we went to this place for 2 days out of the 3! Highly recommend this place!

I do not recommend going to Champagne on Main. Not only was the staff judgmental, rude and disrespectful considering the amount we spent, but the environment was not welcoming. It was not an enjoyable experience for anyone in my group. The service was also incredibly slow even though we were the only group in attendance.

Such a cute little space! I wish we could have checked out/sat in the upper level but they were pretty busy. My husband and I enjoyed cocktails and a charcuterie platter that was the perfect touch to our late afternoon walk through Galena. My only complaint is I wish they would have given us more than the 4-5 little crackers provided in the charcuterie but otherwise the staff and drinks were great, I would recommend stopping by!

Loved the drinks and the fry trio! Server was great, but we were charged and paid a service fee which stated it was for parties of 6 or more and it was only 5 of us. It was a rather hefty fee as well, unfortunately.

While my wife & I were shopping in Downtown Galena we decided to take a little break. Instead of coffee our normal break confection we decided to try Champagne on Main, (our 1st visit). Well it won't be our last. It was a Saturday early afternoon and we were warmly greeted by Laura the owner. She gave us a great table up front by the Bar & Sunny Front Window. The day was cold 32 degrees outside but inside Champagne on Main it was delightful. Laura was so excited about her place and gave us a bit of history on her old building. Drinks were perfect & prices not bad. We relaxed, (chilled) there for about an hour...then off for more shopping. Thank - You Galena for the great day.....and you to Laura!PS - Laura showed us her new El Fresco outside seating area out the back door...nice quiet garden like spot with a tall wood fence that seats about 30 people. Going back for sure this upcoming Summer. Well Done Laura & staff!

My family and I come here twice a year and always have a positive experience. Most recently, we came during a snow storm. They welcomed us, provided amazing service, and the vibes were incredible! Highly recommend the Chambord Kir Royale or Purple Haze Margarita.

I had a delightful beverage here the other day. I popped in to warm up for a few mins and had fully intended to get either a champagne or bourbon flight and ended up having a Sugarplumtini instead because it just sounded so yummy. I can confirm it’s delish so if you’re in the area now, stop by and get one for yourself!
