I went through the drive through and was welcomed by the KINDEST young lady. Keydi took my order and accommodated to my difficult and complicated order. She was so lovely! She worked with speed as well! I recommend a raise for this kind hearted girl. She makes me want to get Culver’s everyday! 11/10 service!!

This is the worst culvers. There is a reason it's never busy like the Dubuque/Platteville locations. This one messes up every order. Ordered a Mushroom and Swiss came without Mushrooms, ordered a chicken sandwich no top bun, order kids meal with custard never get custards, order a fish dinner no dinner roll, order toppings on a burger probably won't get them. Order 1 meal and a kids meal you'll be charged for 2 kids meal. Literally every time something is wrong. ☹️

Sign on door says open from 10 am to 10 pm even when you call it says the same time went there at 8pm as I’m staying at the hotel next door the door was locked and no one was there

First off, the burgers and ice cream were excellent. The fries were pretty good too. Service was a little slower than expected as the place was not very busy when we arrived but the staff was extremely pleasant. Atmosphere, kind of an amusing rating point for a burger joint, it's a burger joint ?. Overall, we really enjoyed our lunches at Culver's!
