We walked away from our dining experience at Edge completely blown away. This was truly the best dining experience we've ever had. The food was amazing and the service was as well. We ordered the lobster arancini, the burrata, the elk chops entree, and the pistachio stone fruit dessert, all of which was delicious. Even the butter that comes with the bread is out of this world. Our waitress never made us feel rushed, and we found the timing between her checking in perfect....
We stayed at the Goldmoor for two nights and had a lovely dinner there the second night. They just came out with their new seasonal menu and the food was fresh and so delicious! When we travel back to Galena we will stay and dine at the Goldmoor Inn.
Absolutely outstanding experience. This place is a true gem—every dish is presented like a work of art. The attention to detail is remarkable, both in the food and the overall ambiance. They have a vegetarian menu, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure a flawless dining experience. Service is top-notch from start to finish.
