Went in for drinks and dinner. We sat upstairs. The drinks were good and the server brought them right away. The live music was good as well . The service stopped after we ordered. After a fairly lengthy wait our food was brought out by another staff member and just dropped off. The food wasn’t warm. Fries were room temp and brisket wasn’t warm - it was also over cooked and tasted burned. Probably why they put the BBQ sauce all over it when I specifically asked for it on the side ( it even listed it on the bill.) Not only was the meat overcooked and burned tasting, the BBQ sauce was too spicy for my taste and they’d slathered it over all of the meat. I was hungry so I ate more than I should have.Two ordered Nachos with beef- it looked like an over cooked hamburger was broken up over the nachos. The meat was dark brown, too well done and unappetizing- again, not warm. No one came to check on us- a member of our group had to approach the bartender to ask for ketchup. We weren’t asked if we wanted more drinks until one has to again approach the bar to ask for a refill of his glass of Coke. He was charged for each glass of Coke- no free refills here evidently. Well over $7 for two glasses of Coke is ridiculous. It took forever to get our bill too. It’s as if we were forgotten. After we ordered, we never saw our server again. We were just ready to get out of dodge by the time we finished eating. Rumor has it that if you complain, you’re going to get backlash from the management. Just looking at their responses to negative reviews ( their customer feedback) says it all- blame your customers when they receive poor service/food with snarky responses rather than take the feedback to improve their business. Overall , sorry, but I couldn’t recommend this place. There are lots of options in Galena- atmosphere alone isn’t enough. $18 for a horrible brisket sandwich with cold fries is way too much. Overcharging , poor/ non-existing service & less than mediocre food will not make it in this town.

We come to Galena for a sisters weekend EVERY YEAR this is by far the best addition to town for us! We LOVE LOVE LOVE IT !!! Did not have food but drinks atmosphere music all of it ! So good Shout out to Marley our server

My waiter, Darwin, was very attentive and apologetic. The wait for the food to the table was about an hour. The food was not fresh, stale tacos, nor was it tasty. He tried to compensate with a salad that came 5 minutes before the entree. All in all it was a bad experience.

Highly suggest stopping into this bar when you’re in downtown Galena! My wife and I did an overnight trip in the week and was shopping around the strip and stopped into this gem! It’s definitely a vibe! The employees were very friendly and letting us try samples of their drinks! High end bar feel but those bar seats ?. So comfortable so get ready to sit awhile!! Will definitely be back!

Definitely give this place a try!My friend and I stumbled upon here after dinner. The live music wasn’t that great because it was so loud I couldn’t understand a word they were saying but the crowd , despite how small, was good for people watching. The bartenders along with the server were friendly and good at their job for just starting there. There’s not much nightlife when it comes to Galena, but we were told the 2nd floor has a DJ @ 10. Thank god because our night would have ended with a nasty fried green tomatoes dinner.We went up and the music was great and we were able to watch the football game. There’s pool, darts, and Golden Tee. It was still a great place to people watch :)I honestly had a blast dancing and my friend and I pretty much shut the place down. If you know Galena then you know there’s no food after a night of drinking but they offered a $5 slice of pizza to everyone there if they needed it. I didn’t expect much but I would have eaten that for dinner bc it was so good! I’m so glad my night ended with this place. I’ll definitely be back!

Love the decor, bartenders are friendly/attentive, the owners are awesome, the music had my friend and I dancing all night! The $5 pizza by the slice was delicious. I will be recommending this bar to all. Thank you for the amazing hospitality.

Getting drinks here is pleasant. We decided to stay for food and our group of 8 was disappointed across the board. Lack of flavor in dishes (e.g., don’t get the Asian dishes). “Pasta” dishes came with rice(!), and the food was delivered to our group over the course of 10 minutes. Wait staff was inattentive, from bringing water to the bills to inquiring if we needed anything. Do not come for the food; most all other Galena spots are better, much better.
Awesome food great service will definitely return ? ? ?. We had brisket BBQ Ribs,pizza,tacos and pizza.

Good place. Right vibe, cocktails are decent. The band was really good!Only 1 thing - the portion of appetizers can be larger. 6 wings for $15 is too much, and it was not large as advertised and quite dry. But the rest of the food was really good.Cheese curds, we also wish a portion will be larger for this money.

Management is non-existent while the staff is confused and incompetent. One woman in particular is so incredibly rude, vile, and unpleasant that she quite literally should not be allowed to interact with customers. I left feeling offended and uncomfortable. I will wholeheartedly be spreading the word. Such a beautiful atmosphere tho, such a shame it is being wasted. If you have any sort of anxiety or neurodiversity, please avoid this place so you don't have to go thru the incredible discomfort that I did.
