Horrible service. Waited 10 minutes to initial wait. People came in after us, ordered at same time, got their food before us, finished before we got ours. All we ordered was a taco salad and chicken tostada. When it finally came, we refused it and left after paying $7.50 for 2 Pepsi.

This spot offers a fantastic selection of ice cream, along with a variety of traditional Mexican snack dishes. The aguas frescas are especially delicious. One unique feature is that you can customize a shake using any of their hard ice creams. I tried the arroz con leche (rice pudding) shake, and it was amazing! I also treated myself to a paleta de pepino con chile (cucumber with chili)—my favorite!

Prices are crazy! Every tiny little cup of extras like salsa and sour cream they charge for. 24 oz water was 5.00. Individual tacos are the plainest with no taste I ever ate. Sour cream poured out of cup.

I cannot speak for the ice cream and such as we came here for breakfast. It is not a bad breakfast, but it's not terrific either. The folks are nice and the service is good. I recommend skipping the breakfast and coming in for the sweets.

Hidden gem in Galena. Looks like an ice cream shop at first glance, but solid Mexican food at affordable prices too! Definitely worth a stop. Lots of ice cream flavors too!
