I will not buy any other coffee than from Mean Bean! I love it! It is so easy to order online and ships quickly. They have so many flavors but my favorite is Frosty's Favorite.

These folks are serious about their coffee and customer service.I had been trying to order online for over a year, but every time I uploaded a picture for my label it rejected. Being of a lazy inclination, I never said anything about it. I got so desperate for my favorite Whiskey-Vanilla coffee I places an order online without a label. Google added my birth year to an address line and I got a call from the owner, PERSONALLY, to ask about the weird address. We corrected that and I mentioned my issue with the label. He had created a label with with a shot of whiskey and a vanilla bean with flower. He let me know he was sending me an email so when I ordered again, I could send him the picture for the label and he would make sure it was on my coffee.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a great experience. I got an iced French toast latte and it was perfect. Really nice workers and they grind whole beans so I have fresh coffee when I get home too.

The best service we have ever received at a coffee shop. "Gina from Galena" talked to us about some of the flavors, gave us great recommendations, and even asked us after giving us our drinks if we wanted more coffee or flavoring in them so that we would like the taste better...and this was AFTER we paid/tipped. Highly recommend.

I have been coming here for a month or so for boba. All of the staff are excellent!! I love going in there. Tonight my son and I didn't get down there until about 5 mins to close. Andrew was so nice and had no problem dirtying a few dishes to make our boba. A great place to go. Smells great in there!

They have Boba tea and more types of coffee than anyone could ever try in a visit! The proprietor cooked a batch of tapioca just for me (my tea). She was also a great conversationalist.

Came for the coffee, stayed for "Gina from Galena."What a great host and a fantastic personality. She walked us through how making your coffee works and even in different grinding techniques.I made a Bourbon, Hazelnut, and Almond ground blend that smells divine and also ordered the Churro Latte which tasted like it's namesake.When coming back to Galena I'll make sure to stop by again.

The coffee is phenomenal but the staff is even better. They treat us like family every time we go there and the owner always remembers is even though we only make it to Galena 2 or 3 times a year. Love it!!

My wife and I got two small coffees which added up to be $11. By no means exaggerating the coffee tasted like Yankee candles and chemicals. Absolutely undrinkable after one sip. My wife threw up.
