Excellent meal. Server affable and friendly. Really felt welcome. They have truly healthy, creative menu items, but a couple of times a year I treat myself to a cheesburger. It was delicious!!! But best of all were the french fries. I saw them on another patron's plate and gave in! I savored every bite. These are not your typical fries!I'll be back.

I don't even know what happened. The waiter was so rude. We got in, looked at the menu, and it was different from the one online. My husband and I both have dietary restrictions. I inquired about the chicken. He said that must be an old menu. I asked if they had any chicken. He said no. I said then I don't know what he can have. He didn't offer any suggestions. He said something to the effect of "okay then."He literally snatched the menus out of our hands and grumbled something as he went off. So I can't give a review of the food, because we never got any. We were seated promptly, but after that it was horrible. It was disappointing because we went there specifically to have lunch at this restaurant. The directions online were wrong and put us in an alley. We finally found the place and then this happened. It really put a damper on our trip. The whole time we were nice. We didn't deserve to be treated so rudely. I was excited to try their food, but will never go there again.

Very nice restaurant and an intimate atmosphere. Portions are very good, food is prepared and presented nicely. The wine selection is OK. Desserts are amazing.

We had a nice lunch on the outdoor patio with our pooch. Both of our meals were good. I had the filet sandwich and my partner had the four cheese melt. Food was very tasty and I think one of the owners was our servicer, he was incredibly friendly and attentive. Definitely recommend that you give it a try.

Can't say enough good things about how friendly this place is and how great the service was. A big plus is that they allow friendly dogs on the patio. The food was excellent, the place is spotless clean. The only reason the 4 stars was because there could be more vegetarian options on the menu. We will make this a regular stop on our way through the area.

I can’t rate unfortunately, because my party of 6 was denied seating to an empty establishment. I offered my 2 teenage daughters could sit at a table by themselves and the four adults at another. Then dismissed by the host/server. He then said we should go to Durty Gerty. I’m truly disappointed on how rude he was being. I then asked if they ran out of food? He waved me off. I have no idea why I was treated this way. Was with my in-laws from Iowa and I’m from Chicago. We couldn’t stop talking about this experience. I don’t know if it’s because my olive skin, but first time I’ve ever thought it!

Great experience here for lunch! I ordered an amazing turkey sandwich that was served on super fresh, deliciously seasoned bread with a very flavorful salad. The service was very friendly and attentive and the overall ambience was cute and pleasant.

My husband and I had our 30th wedding anniversary dinner at Savory Kitchen. The food was outstanding! The atmosphere is quaint, cozy and quiet, which was perfect. The service was great. The chef came out at the end of the night to check on how we enjoyed our meal, which was such a great personal touch. We highly recommend Savory Kitchen!

Our dinner at Savory Kitchen was a wonderful experience. This is a very small establishment with only six tables. There was one chef and one host/waiter on the evening we dined at Savory Kitchen which made it feel like a very intimate experience. The menu is on the smaller side, but all of the starters and the entrees sounded amazing. We ended up getting the steak and the salmon dishes and they were delicious, perfectly seasoned and cooked. They really were perfect! All entrees come with a choice of garden salad or marinated olive/artichokes and then a savory side dish. Everything we ate was amazing! Would highly recommend.

We love Savory Kitchen! Mike and James always make us feel at home and the food is so delicious. We just got back from a trip to Paris last week, and our meal at Savory Kitchen rivaled the wonderful meals we had there. We are so lucky to have such a super restaurant in Galena!!
