Beer was great! But bartenders and other wait staff not so much. Went there on a Friday afternoon when it wasn’t busy and sat at the bar. There were three bartenders just hanging out behind the bar talking about how high they all were. When they actually paid attention to the customers, I think they did a great job. They were very friendly. But we sat for about 20 mins just waiting for our check. We also witnessed the staff tell a lady to leave after her kid spilled something. They all laughed and told her it was a joke, but this was very inappropriate and just plain mean.

Last year we went and the burger was amazing. We went again last month and the burger was just OK. Pretzel was good, beer cheese soup was great. The staff was in no hurry either time tho. It took about 15 minutes to get a menu both times ( the qr code sticker to scan was damaged). Once we finally got the server to take our order, the food came out fast... but still had not received our drinks. After all this, I don't hate the place, but I don't think we'll be back unless we can't find anything better.

The pretzel was delicious. Really crisp and doughy at once! Fries were wonderful! However, our server, Maritza, was outstanding! She was attentive and kind and just made the experience terrific. Would come back based on service alone.

The food was nothing special - bland food that I could get better cheaper versions of at my college dining hall. My food was brought out way later than everyone else in my group's food, and we were one of two or three tables at the restaurant. The place was empty. When I finally got my food, they gave it to the wrong person at my table, and my wrap was black and burnt on the bottom and therefore tasted disgusting. The cherry on top of my terrible experience, I got diarrhea afterwards presumably from their food. 0 stars
Seems very understaffed. The guy who said he doesn't actually work there anymore was extremely helpful and seemed to do a really good job of running the place.

Very terrible experience! We walked in at approx 11:30 and it took until around 12:50 to get our food. The food itself was fine and tasted good. We only got one beer the entire time even though we would have liked 2-3 more. While the waiter did not do a great job, it is clearly a management issue. There were 2 wait staff serving the entire place, so I don’t entirely blame him. The waiter kept blaming the kitchen while it was clear he didn’t put the order in. The waiter blamed the bar staff. In all, the entire time we spent 1 hour and 45 min. If I was at home I wouldn’t have been as frustrated but with things to do and see on vacation, my time could have been better spent.
