My wife and I stopped at a local competitor right up the street and were disappointed and left right away. Our next stop was Galena brewing and holy wow what a difference. The beer and vibe were on point but Kyler was the one who won us over right away. Great energy, great hospitality and took care of us amazingly (and we are easy to please). Five freaking stars and we would come back to seem him any day he is working!! This is the spot!
Just went to the Galena Brewery last night and let me tell you it was a fantastic experience! The food was excellent hot and fresh, the mood was peaceful and positive, and I happen to run into one of the best waiters I ever had in my life! Shout out to my man Ray down at the Brewery! Ask for Ray he will make the experience even more enjoyable. Even the Music was great, i enjoyed every bit of time that I had down at the Galena Brewery and I hope I find my way down there today!...
Almost walked out because they were understaffed and getting slammed. Short bartender (sorry, forgot name) was very personal and had some great Galena history info. The Hoppy General is a great ipa. I could see reasons for negative reviews, but we had a nice experience saved by a very personal bartender.
