We arrived on time however the person who seats people was so incredibly slow. Had 5 minute conversations with every table he was seating and then stopped at other tables to chat in between. We had a 630 reservation and at 720 had only had our drinks.

Crab was supposed to be from cracked claws, more like canned crab My husband and I had the Oktoberfest special, schweinebraten, pork was tough and dry. Daughter had filet mignon. Meat just ok for $55, she ordered medium. Was medium rare. Potatoes flavorless, veggies as well. Other person had a burger, was supposed to be wagyu. Dry and tough. Waitress was kind enough to comp one meal. Service up front great. Chef needs some work Kept thinking what happened to this place. This is a $$$$$ resort To serve such mediocre food is an embarrassment

Fabulous location overlooking a lake. Lobster ravioli was delicious with 2 tiny lobster tails adorning the dish. Happy hour on Tuesdays netted a terrific price for wine. Great service.

Even though we didn't know we would only have the option of the breakfast buffet, we enjoyed our food and service was exceptional. Price was a bit steep but we were on vacation so a splurge was fine.

We celebrated our 40th anniversary here on Easter Sunday. The appetizer, crispy Brussels sprouts and main course, chicken Parmesan and salmon, were delicious! It was a lovely restaurant on Lake Galena. Even without sun, on a cold, rainy day, the view was amazing. Would definitely go back!

The service is the best! They were beyond expectations.

Food was not worth the cost, but edible. The woman working there seemed barely tolerant of customers. The silverware was dirty with visible streaks and pieces of food still on them and the napkins they were wrapped in still had visible dried food stuck to them. Luckily we didn’t need them due to ordering the pizza and a burger. The water tasted musty.
The other server who ended up bringing out the food was nice at least.

We ordered a takeout pizza since we were just checking into our Airbnb. Amazing service from the gentleman working the host stand. He was incredibly friendly over the phone and while waiting for our pizza. Pizza was good and fairly priced
