This was by far the worst Arbys experience ever. Actually, I've never faced such a rude person at a drive thru EVER! I can't believe this is acceptable. I provided alot of details in the Arbys survey link I received. 12/31
In summary, the fries and mozzarella sticks were cold. And, the drive thru lady (older white woman) was very rude. I asked for the amount of horsey sauce I put into the app (it caps you at a certain amount) and that was not the amount I received in the bag. She told me I "had enough" and didnt want to give me the amount I'd put in the the app order. She then had an even worse attitude and grabbed a handful using both hands and practically threw it at me. If someone could see the look on her face and attitude she had, you'd see my frustration & disbelief. Pull the camera tape and check it out! Side note, I said I'd even pay, I just wanted enough so we could all enjoy our meal!
No one in the car could believe how bad the customer service was or how the lady acted. We left in disbelief and I used this a learning for my child! For a small town, certainly found no charm here!
Went through the drive thru, Grayson and another gentleman were absolutely wonderful! Great experience start to finish:)

I didn’t get the right food that I ordered, my friend also didn’t get the right order. We could hear them talking about how they sent the wrong food out to people. Food tasted fine but service was not great.

Went in today with my Fiancé and son, his first time having arbys, and these guys made it such a great experience. It was a little busy but they got our orders out swiftly and we're overall extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure to check on us at our table to see if everything was to our liking which was a shock to me cause any fast food place that I usually go too hides from the register and barely interacts with customers, but not here! Guy working the register was very nice and could hold good conversation. I will ring that bell every time I come here! Thankyou arbys!
Kid-friendliness: High chairs were sanitized and clear wrapped to ensure cleanliness! Meal options were healthy and staff was very friendly!
Service was great. Food is always excellent but pricey. For fast food it seems quite expensive but I am used to what I paid back in the 80s and 90s so take that into mind. Turkey club sandwich us my favorite.

I was grabbing a meal in a hurry, on my way to Champaign to see my aunt who had just a few hours to live. Bruce was at the drive thru window. He could tell I was stressed & gave me a 10% discount + a free turnover. It was the one bright spot in a very sad day. I made it to my aunt & she passed 4 hours later. I will never forget how kind Bruce was. He certainly went above & beyond in his duties. Many thanks, Bruce!
