Went through the drive-through which took 25 minutes to get a pre-order and there was only one car ahead of me. Not sure what the issue was that evening, but was not a good experience. Normally, I have very good service and the drive-through is very quick

This was by far the worst Arbys experience ever. Actually, I've never faced such a rude person at a drive thru EVER! I can't believe this is acceptable. I provided alot of details in the Arbys survey link I received. 12/31
In summary, the fries and mozzarella sticks were cold. And, the drive thru lady (older white woman) was very rude. I asked for the amount of horsey sauce I put into the app (it caps you at a certain amount) and that was not the amount I received in the bag. She told me I "had enough" and didnt want to give me the amount I'd put in the the app order. She then had an even worse attitude and grabbed a handful using both hands and practically threw it at me. If someone could see the look on her face and attitude she had, you'd see my frustration & disbelief. Pull the camera tape and check it out! Side note, I said I'd even pay, I just wanted enough so we could all enjoy our meal!
No one in the car could believe how bad the customer service was or how the lady acted. We left in disbelief and I used this a learning for my child! For a small town, certainly found no charm here!
