Ordered a chicken sandwich on the app. Went through the drive thru. Got home and when I unwrapped the sandwich there was no chicken only bun and toppings. Not sure how you forget the main piece of a sandwich.

The general manager was steady talking trash about the mobile order pulling up before it was ready. What's the difference between ordering at the speaker and them making it immediately vs online and them making it immediately. Makes no sense

Went through the drive-through which took 25 minutes to get a pre-order and there was only one car ahead of me. Not sure what the issue was that evening, but was not a good experience. Normally, I have very good service and the drive-through is very quick
