Went through the drive-through which took 25 minutes to get a pre-order and there was only one car ahead of me. Not sure what the issue was that evening, but was not a good experience. Normally, I have very good service and the drive-through is very quick
Went in today with my Fiancé and son, his first time having arbys, and these guys made it such a great experience. It was a little busy but they got our orders out swiftly and we're overall extremely friendly and helpful. They made sure to check on us at our table to see if everything was to our liking which was a shock to me cause any fast food place that I usually go too hides from the register and barely interacts with customers, but not here! Guy working the register...
