Hands down the best fast food place in Galesburg! I usually avoid fast food around here because I’ve had so many bad experiences, but this visit completely changed my mind. My kids and I ate inside, and it was clean, warm, and welcoming—such a relief.
Our cashier, Trika, truly made the experience special. She made sure everything was correct and completely stress-free, and her kindness stood out more than I can even explain. Her hospitality honestly exceeded that of many sit-down restaurants.
Thank you for giving me a place where I can comfortably treat my kids and actually enjoy the experience. We’ll definitely be back!

I went inside originally to sit down and eat only 1 other person in front of me waited 15 minutes so I went out and went to drive thru. Again 1 other person in front of me another 11 minutes and I ordered a double wopper no mayo or pickle and another wopper jr the same way and milk shake 18.22 . The 1 person in front of me hie order was wrong and I figured I better check my order. They gave me the Hershey shale and then food. As I pulled off both sandwiches had everything mayo pickles the works I made a lap around the parking lot and the double wopper went across my seat and onto the floor in about 100 peices. Once I got back up to the speaker the lady told me to come around I gave her the wopper jr and showed her the double wopper was all over my car and I couldn't reach all the veggies that fell out . She then said we can only replace the wopper jr. So I got a wopper jr after about 30 minutes of screwing around and Hershey milk shake. I actually hate complaining but its so bad when you go out anywhere the employees don't care if they make mistakes and you waste money.

Galesburg Burger King is a hit or miss type of establishment. When they miss, it’s because they have slow drive thru times. When they hit, it’s because the food is good, and the service is better. Particularly, the shining employee named Maddy. She is always there to greet you with a smile, ask about your family, and provide top notch customer service. She makes sure my French fries are hot and crispy every time. On my most recent visit, she came to fix the soda machine by hand! If this establishment put Maddy into a leadership position, I know this could be one of the greatest Burger King’s of all time.

I went to this Burger King last night, which was Saturday, july 26, 2025, and I can honestly say I will NOT be returning. I ordered a #2, which was a double whopper meal. I bit into my sandwich and there was plastic inside. I dont know if it was an accident or someone was just being an idiot. However, I will say this location lost me as a customer.

Consistently the slowest burger location I've ever seen anywhere. The people working the drive-thru seem to be completely oblivious that this is supposed to be fast food. No matter when you pull up you're always asked to wait before they can help you... Like they've all trained in maintaining a leisurely pace.
