Consistently the slowest burger location I've ever seen anywhere. The people working the drive-thru seem to be completely oblivious that this is supposed to be fast food. No matter when you pull up you're always asked to wait before they can help you... Like they've all trained in maintaining a leisurely pace.

Would like to thank the Galesburg Burger King for a fun and exciting trip to the Emergency Room for FOOD POISONING. We wish you were here to help clean up after the party but like any other unruly party goer you spiked the punch and left before the consequences.

Eat here 5-8 times per year. Always clean, food is always fresh, and the employees are friendly. One of the best burger kings I've been to throughout my life. Keep up the great work. Was also nice to order 2 combos and feed my girlfriend and myself for around 20 dollars. Rare these days.

So, the ice is on a container and the person uses a scooper, but they touch the handle that falls into the ice, and same hand that handle money , cards, etc...disgusting, people can get sick, just question of time when someone will get a food poisoning (dirty ice-drink, bacteria or hepatitis A can happen!)...not getting drinks for my kids there.

Bathroom was absolutely disgusting. Fry grease was burnt. The fries tasted off. Dining area was not clean, there was food and trash all over the floor in front of the fry station and prep line. Overall the place was offputting
