I ordered an original cheesteak meal off DoorDash. The driver was really rude and forgot my drink, and argued with me about it. I called the store and they told me to come in and get my drink, which is around 15 miles away (I live in Galesburg, this place is in Knoxville).The sandwich itself was good, but the cheesfries were so soggy and stuck to each other to the point where I could've just taken them out with my hand without dropping any, that I threw them in the trash. Never coming back.

It is located in a gas station right outside of Knoxville, Illinois. The guys working there were friendly and laid back. I loved it. I got the Buffalo Chicken sandwich. My wife ordered a Phiily Cheese Steak. Both were excellent. Great experience. We stop by several times a year. Always good.
When I entered the restaurant. A mouse ran in front of me into the kitchen. The food taste is not as I expected. I didn't get any chance to take a picture of the mouse. Some of the fries left over kept a side for a long time and were used for the next order.
Great customer service and atmosphere! Clean facilities. Charley’s Subs was great, employees were very nice. I even won on the slot machines they have there!
Plus it's attached to a gaming area and gas station! Almost a 1 stop shop!
