People were nice.... There was a nice atmosphere, but the bowls are way more expensive here in galesburg il then NY... Which is crazy!!! 21.00+ here 12.+ In NY.

Every single time I come they don’t give me like any food! I even ask for extra and pay for extra and they still disappoint!! If I go to any other chipotle I get a normal amount of food, I don’t understand what this different here. I’ll ask for more rice and it’s like they give me less! If I pay for guacamole they don’t even fill the entire container they leave a bunch a air bubbles in the container! They are also always out of ingredients…. They cater more through drive through orders, I can see the fresh lettuce from that side and they refuse to give it to me.

The portions are way smaller than other locations. Some ingredients are not fresh or not properly prepared. It was our second time here, since we wanted to give it another try, but the place was not clean again.

Came here right after shopping at goodwill. Heard the chef yelling or something but the food was pretty good, my chips tasted like they just came out the fryer so that’s cool. Got a burrito and it was LOADED! It was filled and looked like it could only have been folded by a bodybuilder! Overall I love the food and would definitely come again. My family came with me and we all loved it

Don’t listen to the other ratings, this place is awesome. The service was amazing and the staff was awesome. The kind young lady at the register made my absolute week. I understand fast food is stressful so that’s why I say that they did so great durning my visit. Would definitely come again!

There did not seem to be a clean surface in the entire building. They messed up my first order, had to drive 20 miles for the replacement order. The only burrito in my order appears to have been dipped in some type of juice.

I come here A-LOT and have never had someone as rude as Minie take care of me. I showed her and scanned a coupon for free guac. Rather than tell me she didn’t know how to enter it she just charged and hoped I wouldn’t notice. When asked why it was charged she just pointed at the computer and said it doesn’t work. Then rolled her eyes when I asked to return it bc my coupon was clearly still good until the 18th. I then asked Minie if they had any berry agua fresca since the machines weren’t when put together at 1:30 in the afternoon. Again she rolled her eyes and said I’d have to wait. So again I asked to return my cup bc they didn’t have drinks ready to go she finally sent someone else out to fill the machines. Do better Minie if you don’t like your job don’t work here. Everyone else here is great! Next time I see Minie behind the counter I’m going next door and I suggest you do the same.

Tonight we mobile ordered because I wanted a cheese quesadilla and it said it can only be ordered online. We went in to pick the order up and weren’t given the quesadilla at all. We went back in to ask about the quesadilla and were told they ran out of cheese and we could get refunded in the app. Went into the app and was told I needed to go to the store to get a refund for the quesadilla. My husband also heard them say they ran out of Mexican coca- cola he ordered and to just give us a normal one because “they are about the same.” They are almost always out of something and to top it all off no one told us there wouldn’t be cheese on the tacos we ordered either.

It pains me to give a Chipotle a 4 star rating. I love Chipotle, I used to manage a store for the company, but this location is not up to par. Maybe it's just the times I live in now, but this store employs the laziest workers I have ever seen in a Chipotle. Their behavior does not jive with Chipotle standards. It's never very busy when I visit but the counter is always dirty and the food line is missing items but your all just standing around talking. Where's the sense of urgency? It's sad to say the least. I can tell your regional director is no Saul Munez(sorry if I spelled that wrong Saul.) I would love to see this store brought up to Chipotle standards as I hype it to all my friends then we go in and, quite frankly, I have been disappointed to many times at this macomb illinois location.

The manager was rude to customers and their employees! They were out of almost everything, chips were stale, and the food was cold.

We entered the store and stood at the counter. One employee was standing by the drive up and the other was sweeping the floor. Both looked at us and said nothing. We stood there for several minutes and finally left. Terrible customer service.

We've been here a few times since it opened and I was so surprised to see so many negative reviews. Every time we've gone the food and service has been excellent.
