Went for the first time on my bday and it was disappointing other than the crab/artichoke dip which was wonderful. No hostess at the door and stood waiting for someone for about 15 mins and another customer had to go find her cuz they had been waiting to be seated as well. The waitress brought the wrong beer, filet (Oscar) was charbroiled and black, cooked med well and was suppose to be med rare and was dry with no flavor. Other meal was chicken over spaghetti noodles in cream sauce with spinach and tomatoes all for $185! Plus I ordered a strawberry daiquiri which typically is a frozen drink and she brought me what looked more like a pink lemonade in a martini glass.
I can not say enough great things about Craft. From the service to the craft cocktails to the elevated gourmet menu. My husband and I drive over an hour to eat here as often as we can. Do yourself a huge favor and check this place out.

Had a lovely dinner out with my wife to celebrate her birthday. Restaurant has a nice ambiance. Lovely selection of cocktails available from the bar. We ordered the specials that night for dinner and weren't disappointed. We look forward to visiting again soon.

We stopped in after a reccomendation and long travel. We were sat in the back corner of the restaurant I'm not sure if it's because we were in travel clothes had children with us or if all the other tables were booked already. We ordered appetizers and when they came I was surprised how small they were. The mussels were delicious however had only 6-7 in the dish. The waiter probably should have recommended more options. Needless to say they were delicious. Calamari not so much. We ordered bread and asked for more then one order as we were hungry. My ribeye steak was not prepared to my liking and lacked flavor so I ordered the bone marrow butter to assist me, mushroom rissoto was just ok My husband enjoyed his carbonara. I was not a fan and chocked it up to he was just hungry.I wanted grilled chicken for my son which he said was ok. I'm all for paying alacart however i expect the food to be exceptional. When we got the bill I was surprised of how they decided to charge for my sons kids meal. On top of charging us for each order of bread. Before leaving I over heard another server explaining the specials to her table. I would have liked to hear them. Again maybe it was our travel clothes or they weren't prepared for a walk in. Maitre d was pleasant and server Dean did an ok job

Always impressed with the service and cocktails however, the food is not so much. I had to saw back and forth on my steak.

Relaxed here to have drinks and enjoy some sweet jazz music. Chris and the team are pros, and this place is high end for Galesburg, but it’s exactly what this town needs!

AMAZING! 15/10 evening. From service to food to ambience to timing. Just perfection. My favorite drink was the young stranger. We had the baked crab dip to start, Devine. And I enjoyed the craft medallions for my entree that were cooked to the perfect medium rare. I’ll be dreaming of this meal for nights to come. Thank you.

Craft in Galesburg offers an excellent fine dining experience. The ambiance is elegant, and the service is always on point. I highly recommend the calamari and Filet Mignon, always cooked to perfection. Add to that an excellent wine list and knowledgeable staff, which all makes for a truly memorable meal. Highly recommended for any special occasion or simply a delightful evening out.

Chris is one of the finest bartenders I have encountered. I love the smoked old fashions.
