Honestly hate leaving negative reviews but my recent experience is quite a bummer. Ordered 2 grilled chicken sandwiches, 1 was spilled upside down in the bag with the toppings all over inside the bag, the other had the texture of a rubber chicken - I took 2 bites and had to toss it out. I reached out to them and they said they were shipping out a coupon, but I never received it; it's been 4 weeks. I contacted Kat, who I had recently talked to via email to let them know I never received anything and got no reply...very odd considering their service is normally top notch. Maybe next time will be better? Idk

Just like every other Culver's. A little longer wait on the food but totally worth it. I do have to say the ice cream preparation can use some work, they tend to get it wrong more often then expected and it takes FOREVER to get it.

Really friendly and helpful staff, it was our first time ever eating at a Culver's, and the person helping us was super patient and helpful. Definitely enjoyed the meal and it was a really reasonable price!

Worst customer service ,i dont know what will people listen while placing order. Just gave us opposite of what we ordered inspite of returning first served and was provided almost the same even saying clearly our preference. Its like we have to eat what is being served. Very disappointing 😞
