Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Pulled up the the drive thru and attempted to order, the employee apparently misheard me and even after repeating myself 3 times STILL read the order back wrong. After correcting them on my actual order which was only 4 items total and 2 items were the same thing. Then being told there was a problem so I sat in silence for an additional 5+ minutes no further explanation. I just gave up and left and won't be making that mistake again and will be sticking to the other location that never disappoints.

The staff was very rude and unhelpful. I couldn’t understand the man at the speaker as he was speaking over me when I got to the window they got my order wrong. I ended up paying more than I would have liked. I waited 25 minutes at the drive thru for them to remake my food. There were bugs crawling all over the counter by the register. Absolutely disgusting. Very pricey and disrespectful I will never be coming back here again.

Ordered two 4 piece chicken and one 6 piece, although the chicken was freshly made the toast was covered in oily mess and the " gravy" was milky water. Only God thing about the $38 we spent was the chicken, not worth the$$$ and there was a man bent over with his whole butt out vaping in the corner behind the freezers , just not a good deal all in all

The male worker is very rude and unprofessional. I accidentally ordered the wrong thing at the menu line, so when I got to the window I asked to change my cupfection to a blizzard. (There were no cars behind me in line and I haven’t paid yet. I didn’t think it would be an inconvenience). The male worker got mad at me because he already made the cupfection before I got to even pay?? He started talking rude towards me and scolding me? He even shut the window on me as I was talking to him back for being rude. He is known to be very rude and gets your orders wrong. Maybe don’t get mad at your customers because you decided to make an order before you received the money for it? I’m not the only one who has complained about him…
