Blizzard was way too liquid-y. They need to add more ice cream to make it more dense

People were nice, but we found a roach crawling down the wall... it was really gross

Went thru the drive thru. Ordered a med vanilla cone and med snickers blizzard. He repeated the order with no issues and said to pull to the window. Went I got to the window no total was given he just took my card. Only got the med vanilla cone. Very disappointed. Also ordered a cake back in May. Ordered 2 days ahead. When I came to get it, it wasn't ready. I had to wait almost 30 mins to get my cake. We were late to the party. I give up on this location. Will be going to kastle cream instead.

Stop through with the grandkids to get some ice cream. Got the ice cream that you’re supposed to be able to tip upside down and they could not do it cause it was so runny. Spent the last 20 hours.sick. Beware

Was thoroughly scolded in the drive through for ordering a kid’s cone without giving advance notice that I had a free kid’s meal coupon, as they would have made a much smaller cone if they had known.

ordered 1 meal at drive thru along with a shake and a 2 for $5. We got to the window and paid. She handed us the bag and we left without checking. No 2 for $5 and the meal wasn’t what we ordered. Live 20 mins away so wasn’t going back.

The place is not clean in my opinon,your feet stick to the floor as you walk.

Pulled up the the drive thru and attempted to order, the employee apparently misheard me and even after repeating myself 3 times STILL read the order back wrong. After correcting them on my actual order which was only 4 items total and 2 items were the same thing. Then being told there was a problem so I sat in silence for an additional 5+ minutes no further explanation. I just gave up and left and won't be making that mistake again and will be sticking to the other location that never disappoints.
