When you order a large it is LARGE definitely worth your money

the coffee is generally pretty good. a couple times, ive ordered an iced coffee and the first sip is warm. not sure if it's the syrup or what. other than that, the service is great and most of what ive gotten is yummy.

The lattes are very inconsistent with the flavor such as coffee taste, and sweetness. I get the same drink and sometimes it is very good, but then I get a really bad one to the point where I can’t drink it. I love Dame, but I don’t like how my lattes taste different everytime!

Dame Fine Coffee is actually the best coffee shop around. I visit the Galesburg one usually 2-3 times per week and order the same thing most times. This morning I decided to change it up and get a latte. I placed my order and when they went to hand me my drink the lovely girls told me they already made my usual and gave it to me to go. They are so kind and always make me feel good about the rest of my day and the fact that they took the time to memorise my order shows what high level of care and kindness they put into their work. I highly recommend going to see them in their Galesburg location and get a Strawberry Orange Pineapple with Orange Juice ❤️

My boyfriend is diabetic. So we usually ask for the sugar free syrups list, they had a whole list of sugar free latte options! We have never had a place offer this. Over all the customer service was very nice. They were patient with us making our decision.

7/15 9:40am You clearly have a line and I’m waiting next in line. Why do you allow your employees to take out their phones and start taking pictures? When you have a line the customer should come first, not any photos. Also, why don’t you post prices on your menu? There are all things that can speed up your process. Remember customer comes first!!

Nice, friendly. Pricing in line with other local coffee places. Mocha frappe average would order again.

the girls working were rude and made my drink wrong and refused to make me another drink the same size even though I took my large drink back to them all full because it tasted plain. Instead they gave me a small one back after I had paid for a large drink that I returned to them
