Every time I order coffee, the girls forget to make it. I wait ten minutes, then go ask about my coffee and they act confused like what? Then they make it but they never apologize, ever. Seriously need new training for these employees. The coffee is good and donuts are ok. They're just donuts. I go because it's close and convenient. Music is too loud and also should not be blaring on outside speakers. It's not a pleasant experience if you dine in. Southern windows makes the summer sun too hot and bright. They need shades over the windows.

Been there a few times. Coffee isn't amazing. Haven't really tried dunkin donuts at other locations so idk if it's different or not. Donuts are ok but not made in store. The cappuccino blast is good... crazy sweet though. It is actually a Baskin product so Dunkin coupons don't work with it (including the one on the receipt for a free donut). Got ice cream, it was 9.00 for a 2 scoop sundae. Very overpriced for what it is. Service was ok on all visits. Definitely better coffee options close by

I order through the app, Not a person to throw a fit but I’m confident these people can’t read or just make the generic product without caring… the last 3 times I’ve been there they haven’t had my order ready my drink is always wrong and I can’t have lactose so I order oatmilk and no whipped cream and they never even know I ordered food they just hand me my wrong drink and say have a good day I can get by with whipped cream but not milk so when I’m dropping tsunami’s in my toilet shortly after drinking my coffee Ik the whole thing was wrong🤦🏻♂️

Need more French Crullers. I came here specifically for that and they had NONE. That broke my heart 💔. On the plus side. Cappuccino Blast was very good. Not enough doughnut hole choices when I was there.
