I had the bison burger. I'd never tried one before, but I'd heard good things. It was more flavorful and juicy than beef which was a surprise. The chocolate cake was delish. We ate at En Season tonight with our two kids. Since there was a burger special going on, we all had burgers. All the burgers were served with spicy mustard and onions. The waitress never mention that this would happen, so we had no way of knowing not to ask for anything different. Needless to say, our kids barley touched their food. My husband and both agree that the quality of food we were served didn't meet the price tag; our burgers were okay but dry and nothing special....
If you are in Galesburg, seek out this hidden gem! Exceptional quality food at a reasonable price. Friendly staff and a pleasant atmosphere made my dining experience the best I've had in some time. My only disappointment was I didn't find this place earlier.
