Hardee's is my favorite fast food chain, so when one isn't at the top of its game I rate it hard. Some food was cold, some just didn't taste seasoned or fresh. The employees all looked miserable.

We were on the road all day and went inside to order. We didn't confirm our order until we were back on the interstate for 10+ minutes only to discover the wrong sandwich for me, giving me one I couldn't eat due to onions and peppers being on it when it should have been a ham and cheese. We took the next exit at another Hardee's to see if they could replace it but they could not.

Very poor attitudes from the employee's and management. I called and asked to speak to the manager and Terri the female manager was extremely rude I asked for a different drink because my coffee was watery tasting and she begins to say everything is fresh so what do you want ? so this is how you speak to the customers??? Will never return Terri needs to fix her attitude when interacting with customers or find another job

Just went today to get lunch. Ordered a breaded chicken sandwich and Nashville hot tenders. Tenders were great but the sandwich was replaced with a Frisco by the time we got home. Neither of us that ordered would eat it.

Waited 30 mins in drive thru for breakfast just to place my order. Food was cold and the person who took drive thru orders was well a word I can't use but took her bad morning out on us ordering. I will never go back to that location.
