I have a always been a big fan of Mike's but I would like to show some extra appreciation for the lady who I unfortunately forgot to ask your name. I went in today hoping to redeem my birthday sub but had issues with the app. She kindly explained how it works and offered me a free cookie. I ended up wanting to use my points for a mini as I am broke at the moment. I ordered the wrong sub and the points wouldn't work for it. She didn't hesitate to cover my bill. Food is always fresh! Staff is always friendly, I will eat here over the other place any day (subway). Been here multiple times and I’ve never had an issue with customer service or wrong items or anything for that matter. People can say that prices are high but I think they are very comparable to other sandwich shops and I believe their product is a bit more quality than other in my opinion!

We had a tuna and roast beef sandwich. We had to buy a regular and get one free. It cost almost $13. The sandwiches weren’t any better than the tuna salad I make and roast beef tasted like any other roast beef that you would buy at a deli. Paying that kind of money, they should have been above and beyond any sandwich you can make at home. I seriously wish them the best, but too much money for me.
We waited until the madness calmed down before going to this location. I ordered two different wraps. They were perfectly made. The quality is as good as always. The service was fast and friendly. We have always loved Jersey Mike's and are so happy we finally have one in Galesburg!!

I ordered something with ham, capacola and prosciutto with provolone. All I got was a sandwich with way too much ham and a couple slices of cheese. Haven't had a great experience at any of these places tbh.

The food is phenomenal. It is ridiculously good. It is expensive but worth every penny of the current prices. I have eaten there at least five times. I am vegetarian, yet I buy vegetarian subs for people who are not and they are astounded. The service is hit or miss depending on who you’re talking to. Ranging from five star service to one star service. I tip accordingly. Lenny’s is great and a value especially for vegetarian plus they don’t ask for a tip on carryout, subway is great and service is always predictable, Jimmy Johns is simple and pristine, fast, inexpensive, and they also don’t ask you to tip for carryout. Jersey Mike’s is my sub of choice, hands down.

The staff are friendly. Our orders were accurate. They've been really busy, so order ahead if you're in a hurry. The only problem was the soda machine was down. Love that they offer gluten free.
