I have a always been a big fan of Mike's but I would like to show some extra appreciation for the lady who I unfortunately forgot to ask your name. I went in today hoping to redeem my birthday sub but had issues with the app. She kindly explained how it works and offered me a free cookie. I ended up wanting to use my points for a mini as I am broke at the moment. I ordered the wrong sub and the points wouldn't work for it. She didn't hesitate to cover my bill....

Food is always fresh! Staff is always friendly, I will eat here over the other place any day (subway). Been here multiple times and I’ve never had an issue with customer service or wrong items or anything for that matter. People can say that prices are high but I think they are very comparable to other sandwich shops and I believe their product is a bit more quality than other in my opinion!

Our company bought Jersey Mike's for a business lunch. They were fast, professional, and the food tasted great! Highly recommend for others to come here! Same cost as competitors
