Cool building. Nice staff But the ground was disgusting. Where the sandwich makers were at the floor honestly was so gross. They also did not deliver quick. I waited 10 min for a sandwich.

I usually order jimmy John’s a lot but when I had placed my order I was eating just like normal my girlfriend had went to adjust the bacon on her sandwich and low and behold there was a fly looking bug squished between the meat and the cheese on her sandwich, lucky she did this when she did, she was about a bite or 2 away from eating it.

Everytime I order it’s something but this was the last time I ordered 2 sandwiches and called because it was taking a long time for them to come with my food . The Lady answered the phone I asked how long before my order will be delivered,she proceeds to tell me my food was dropped off already I open the door my food was sitting on the nasty wet ground for I don’t know how long while squirrels ran around it playing . This is unreal

Jimmy John’s employees hustle and they show it. Food is great and they treat you like they appreciate you! Highly recommend the tuna. Their tuna makes subways taste like a dirt.

Not only are they fast but they get the order correct and make sure I have received it. This is a small town but service like this speaks volumes and beyond state lines. Thanks Y’all!
Im a bit of a sub snob. I had jimmie johns delivering to me years ago i wasnt happy with there subs. So Im here in Mt Vernon ill and thought what the hell. I ordered there roast beef sub and there potato salad. First the breads a huge part of a sub. As for chain places they have the best sub rolls but sadly dont offer whole wheat sub rolls. Second there meat taste exactly like Subways. . As for meat as a chain no one beats Jersey Mikes. The people here were very nice,but I dont pay for kindness I wouldnt ever buy there potato salad again its a very small quanity and really not to my liking. I would say if it wasnt for the bread whjch was awesome I would there bo better then subway... and this whole they wont put salt or pepper on the subs astounds me... there subs are suppose to be 14 inches but i did notice there more narrow...

HORRIBLE experience. i was in there for at least 30 minutes waiting for 4 sandwiches. i never asked for tomatoes or mayonnaise on my turkey sub and they added it. my friend asked for extra mayonnaise and they didnt add any mayonnaise at all! horrible experience. do better galesburg jimmy johns. if i could rate this at a zero, i would.

Great service. I came for lunch during a highly stressful day and the staff was so kind. They even gave me a cookie because I was sobbing while ordering my food hahah. I truly am grateful for the staffs compassion and I'm sorry I was a hot mess today! ❤️❤️Oh and my sandwich was very good!
