Usually I never have issues but the last time times I went - about a month apart - I’ve gotten food poisoning/sick. My order is always the same - chicken nuggets meal with fries. After being sick all night and reading other reviews with similar problems. Never going again!

KFC is a hit or miss place. The very first time we visit store the restaurant was very clean, the food was good & service was excellent. We drove all the way from Peoria. We drove back two additional times to see if we could receive the s a me service & quality of food. We both were highly disappointed. The restaurant was not clean, food on the floor, we both got sick from eating the chicken & the bathrooms were horrible. I've returned for the fourth time just six days ago to receive the same service. Im not sure what happened, but the management changed. I threw the food away.

I cannot believe how awful this food was. The chicken looked days old and was completely inedible. I spent nearly $100 last night trying to feed my family, only to be served food that we couldn’t even eat. This is unacceptable.

This KFC is my favorite specially when the regular manager is around, I visit this place everyday for their Sweet Lightning and if it's going to be water down like other KFC'S I guess I be able to save me some money! By stop going there too.

This was my to go 5 piece tender meal. I got home to open it and find crumbs. I took this back to the store and asked if I could get some chicken. They told me this was the 5 pieces they had to serve me at the time of my order and the standing manager laughed at me. Stay far away from kfc on main street. The workers all seem to be on something and the place is dirty. Henderson Street kfc is a million times better.

UPDATE: I HAVE NOW VISITED THIS KFC AT LEAST EIGHT TIMES IN THE LAST COUPLE MONTHS... And I can say that every single visit has been five stars and I wish I could give them more than five stars. Every time I come the food is out as fast as it any human can possibly deliver it by a cheerful and smiling employee. They seem to have the most well-run fast food restaurant I've ever encountered. Kudos to a great crew and restaurant!!!! I come to Galesburg every week for work and have a 30 minute break. This is the second time of end of the Galesburg KFC... And each time they were blazing fast giving me my food. The second time they were so fast I still had my debit card in the machine and my food was already up! I don't think I've ever seen a fast food restaurant being as fast as this KFC. Kudos to a great team! Y'all definitely have it together and I will be coming here every week for lunch from now on!
