Our local KFC on Henderson Street in Galesburg Illinois is pretty good and the people are always nice..I have been going here since 2003 when I moved here from California. I will say nothing beats IN N OUT Burger though...lolVegetarian options: Mash potatoes,green beans Cole slaw...What else ya need?
Need to clean that old grease out ordered extra crispy chicken breast that was so dark I thought it was original chicken ?

Our total was $25.32. I wasn't aware that fast food wasn't fresh. A $12 chicken box and my chicken is so soggy. It was Karen who took my order. Very short when I asked a question. You have choices with the "big boxes" original or crispy and white or dark meat. $26 for our order and the recipient you can't read. I expected this from anywhere but KFC. Won't be going back for a while. This is Sept 10th at 8 o'clock at night. I SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ASK FOR FRESH FOOD.

5 dollars for jug of flat pop,Next day they fixed my order wrong and I had to drive all the way back across town to get them to fix it.She offered me a small side to make up for it.I passed .That doesn't help with my gas and my time.I was late to feed my mother on hospice.Not impressed with KFC!!

Staffing has alot to be desired attitude toward customers and get someone to take orders that knows what they are doing ...messed my order up and the person before me them gave attitude with sarcasm to the customers

Ice machine must not get cleaned properly. There is funny taste in pop like maybe ice machine cleaner mixed in. Generous sized helpings of chicken. The original recipe is good as it ever was.
