I booked my son’s birthday here for the second year in a row. Included food this year because last year was so great. Upon ordering our $108 (which I asked three different employees to bring out) sub, I was charged $16 for topping that I was not informed were charged for. I asked if drinks were included and was told YES WE WILL INCLUDE PITCHERS. Yet another $15.90 for those too. I go speak to the manager who is outright rude and will not make it right. when people order delivery you could try giving them all the items they paid for and if the delivery service makes a mistake you should correct it. you got the money. we just wanted what we paid for
I got a curbside order order was done correctly. Potato was hot, sandwich was made the way I ordered it. I got everything I asked for. They put forks and plenty of napkins in my bag. I did mess up lol forgot to tell them what drink I wanted. Thank you for great service.
