absolutely unreal experience. i was going out on a cute date excited for a normal trip to masa (as i am a regular and local). we both try to order the chicken hibachi, “oh no chicken.” okay no chicken where most of your menu is chicken and we came at 12. we both get the steak, one medium, one well done. they were both cooked almost the exact same, rock solid. at least 30 seconds to chew for each bite and thats WITHOUT the completely raw vegetables. it was impossible to cut the huge chunks of broccoli and they didnt even give us a knife. every vegetable had a crunch and i had to basically knaw through it. after waiting almost 30 minutes for our cold, rock solid food, i ran to the bathroom. zero toilet paper on top of everything. lastly, i come back to the table to them filling our glasses HALFWAY with cherry coke after eating the whole meal without a refill. thank god i had to pay 60 dollars (not including tip) just for poor service, poor food, and 1 1/2 cherry cokes. unreal.

Food was bad. Steak was Raw fried rice had no flavor. Our server didn't speak much English. Was freezing cold at the restaurant. Bathrooms were disgusting. Do not go. Would not recommend.

Restaurant was pretty full upon arrival, but we were able to seat ourselves at the last table left. Was served in a timely matter and our server was nice even tho fairly busy. Gyoza app was good. Tried several Sushi rolls, all were good. We’ll be back again for more rolls and to try the hibachi :)
Incredible food, like something you'd find in New York or Chicago, with the same atmosphere. Sashimi was amazing. Great flavors. Highly recommend.

I would never eat there after witnessing sushi guy eating, then on his phone, then messed with his earbuds & dove right into assembling sushi rolls with those same unwashed, bare hands. Gross! +Huge health dept violation!

Staff was friendly and accommodating. They do need to work on their bathroom cleanliness, as it made me question eating there. But, thankfully, no one got sick!
