I waited at the order window for 8 minutes without anybody greeting me. So then I pulled up to the window where you pay &waited another 5 minutes still nothing and I drove off.

Stopped for lunch while in town today. Sandwiches were delicious and service was outstanding. The woman who took our order was very friendly and the manager stopped by our table to make sure we were happy with our meal. Great experience!

Mac & cheese was just a few pieces of macaroni, the bottom of bowl was revealed and definitely not worth the money.

This is a very friendly, clean spot to enjoy a meal. The prices are a little higher to other cafes . Plenty of parking & handicapped spots.

After sitting at the order menu for over 10 min I pulled up to the window as I’m calling the store phone still nobody ! So I went in and took about 3 min for someone to come to counter David he said his name was very unprofessional laughed in my face and said he don’t care who I call. This is who you guys have running your store ?? Kids was playing around the girl was just putting the mic on sadly I left with out my salad probably will never be back and I’m definitely calling corporate Monday morning

We stopped here on our way home and this was the BEST McAlister’s we’ve ever been to! The staff were so friendly & David made our visit amazing. If we are ever in this town again we will definitely be stopping by. I think it’s also worth noting that my husband got a baked potato to go.. look at this thing!!
