This location seems to have some issues late afternoon/ evening. When I go thru in the mornings rarely have any issues with service or food. Teresa who often works the drive thru is amazing & friendly. Hopefully, the night crew can get it together.

I would say this is a Negative -5* .. This Place smells dirty I definitely wouldn’t ever eat here I was here to pick up a door dash employees are rude. A lot to be done in this restaurant but employees are asking to go home . I added photos of the dirty place..

Slow. Very very slow. You could be the only customers, and they are still slow. The floors all over the entire restaurant was slimy slippery. I was slipping every step. They didn’t look dirty, there was just some sort of grime film all over. There were no ketchup cups and I asked the worker next to the ketchup for more cups. He points to the ketchup and I again pointed out there’s no cups to put the ketchup in. So he then hands me a cup lid and told me I can put my ketchup on top of the lid. What? So I walked up to the counter with the registers and asked for ketchup. The worker says she will get me one. One??? I have a family of 6 I just ordered for. A local family looked at me when I turned around and said this is why they go through drive through here and then comes in because the workers are horrible. Wow. Later, my autistic son has a small autistic meltdown from his disability, and the same worker that gave me a cup lid for ketchup then starts laughing his butt off. My husband took my autistic son outside to calm down and give him a moment to regulate his sensory intake, and the worker man is looking at me laughing. What is funny about my autistic son having a visible disability???? Then a worker goes to the bathroom at the same time as me, farting and walks out without washing their hands. This place was the worst McDonald’s I’ve ever been to.

They are very popular place, but there egg mcmuffiins jumped from 3.39 to almost $5. Won't be eating there as much, I usually can't eat cheese but they don't cut cost of the item- still charge same price without the cheese.

Service ok at best hamburger wasn’t cooked through and bun was not toasted. Fries somewhat hot mahbe short staffed not sure. If your looking for hot food I would probably stay away.

Stopped at the Main St. location this morning (6/5/25) just after 6a.m. They were friendly and got everyone thru quickly. The woman at the pay window was pleasant and greeted with a smile. The young man at the pick up window was happy and engaging and made an amazing iced coffee. Two thumbs up!!
There frappee machine is often broken, they almost never open on time. For workers who have to be at work by 6am it would be so nice to be able to get that caffeine lift to get through the first part of the day

Ordered the new crispy chicken strips. What I got was room temperature, limp, soggy pieces of so called crispy chicken(not). Was never so disappointed in my life. Will never trust McDonalds again. Sorry I ever tried them. And it was approximately 12:20 pm. The heighth of lunch hour.

This is the absolute worst McDonald's I've ever had to deal with. Always missing items, never getting orders correct. Make sure you check your meals before you leave regardless of the crowd behind you. This place is the epitome of why fast food workers should not get $15 an hour. I like McDonald's, and this one is less than a mile from my home so it's convenient but the aggravation of the lack of attention to detail of the orders is ridiculous
