Someone needs to get into this store and figure out what the hell is going wrong in there. Manager and employees rude. Ignore customers standing at counter. 10 dashers deep waiting for delivery orders. 1 hour wait just to be told that they aren't remaking the food that a different dasher stole. Like I ran a store for 3.5 years I know what customer service looks like and to be honest this is the worst restaurant in this town. Get this store under control!!!!!!
I didn't get my full order. Tried to call numerous times, but they would pick up and then hang up.
when someone did finally answer, the girl said go through the app and hung up.
I order to be delivered because I m taking care of a 6 month old baby and 4 year old. used some of my points.
ALL I WANT IS WHAT I ORDERED. AND PAID FOR.

this is the worst service I have ever received
So glad im moving and wont have to ever go to the mcdonalds on henderson in galesburg il anymore. Its the only mcdonalds nearby and there is about an 85% chance ur order is going to get messed up, missing items, or charged wrong. No matter how simple the order is they will find a way to give you the wrong things to where it almost seems like its on purpose. Ive never complained to them but this mcdonalds is the absolute worst. Just close the location down and call it a loss already
