There is a woman here with the absolute best customer service I have ever seen. Tracy truly and deeply cares about everyone. She is soo kind and has the most wonderful disposition. It really brightens my day to have a second to see her and chat with her! She absolutely makes a difference and regularly goes above and beyond setting this location apart from other locations! I had to wait five minutes and was ignored. I asked for service from the manager, and she started yelling at me. I ask for her name, and she refused, saying she did have to give it. She continued to yell at me, and I continued to ask her to stop yelling at me. I do not feel I should have been treated this poorly. I just wanted my order taken. Was never given service.

Someone needs to get into this store and figure out what the hell is going wrong in there. Manager and employees rude. Ignore customers standing at counter. 10 dashers deep waiting for delivery orders. 1 hour wait just to be told that they aren't remaking the food that a different dasher stole. Like I ran a store for 3.5 years I know what customer service looks like and to be honest this is the worst restaurant in this town. Get this store under control!!!!!!

Several employees were sitting in the dining area upon arrival (maybe on break or their shift was over). We waited for quite awhile before someone came to the counter to take our order and she seemed irritated. There was not one clean table. The self serve drink area was disgusting. The floor was actually very slippery.. grease? The food was lukewarm even though we were the only customers there. No military discount but they will give you a free small drink.

My daughter sat at the curbside pickup for 30 minutes only for me to call and the said they thought is was a doordash order. She then sat there for 20 more minutes only to have to go back inside for missing food. We also received a big mac with exactly ZERO big mac sauce on it. This place just keeps getting worse and worse!

Absolutely nasty lobby we were practically sliding across the floor with the amount of grease built up. Tables not wiped, condemint and drink counter a complete mess. Can't even explain how nasty the bathrooms were. Also got to witness the manager pull an employee back from screaming at a customer over asking for an extra sauce. Won't be back.

I don't know what what happened to this McDonald's, stood in lobby for 10 minutes waiting to order, just to find out they don't have grilled chicken anymore, so I ordered the new McCrispy chicken strips, they were lackluster and overcooked, I don't I will be back
