Used the self serve to order. Never any receipts, alway empty. Got my to go order and didnt get a drink. Told the female manager I needed a drink and she grabbed my sack to look at the ticket on it. Gave me a dirty look and got my cup. Never said thank you or anything. Acted like I was trying to steal a drink. Attitude in the store is horrible. Last time going there. Was at 6:30 on thursday night. Store was dirty also.

To start off with the service was absolutely terrible. They didn’t give the right amount of fries, but when we went up and told them they said we were lying. The manager said that we had to pay for everything that was not on our trays because they did not believe us that we got all our food. Also we ordered sauces for our food and they did not give us the right amount of sauces that we paid for, so we had to pay for them because they did not believe us. The next thing was our fries where lukewarm and hard, the Big Macs where very messy could barely eat them because of how messy they where made.

The manager who put my food on the counter didn't even wait to see if I needed anything else. I waited 4minutes before anyone noticed me I didn't get my sweet n sour sauce. She threw 2 in the bag and walked away so.i stood there for another 3.minutes because I ordered 14 nuggets and needed more sauce she rolled her eyes when I asked and gave me one moreShort blonde hair with a ponytail. She was probably mad because she was eating fries when I interrupted to ask for my sauce!

The manager was VERY rude to both customers and employees. We ate in the restaurant they forgot condiments, when I went up and asked, the manager yelled at me saying he put it in my kids meal which I didn't even buy then said since I didn't get the kids meal I have to pay for the condiments 33cents each even though it's on my receipt that I paid for it already. He then yelled at the girl at the counter saying it was her fault. Very unprofessional of this manager This place lost my business for good

I had the double big Mac and asked for easy on sauce and lettuce and it was perfect! Don't go there a lot but wanted to bust my arteries! So be it lol
I came through for a fish sandwich and fries and i can say with confidence that both had sat for HOURS. I couldn't even choke the stuff down. Not even if i were starving. Galesburg mcdonald's on Henderson is pure garbage! Thanks for the tea though, i needed it to try and wash the hours old wanna be food down. Yuck

Everyone is always rude in there. Plus, some weird guy who works here keeps calling me asking for someone named Catherine. Called me 5 times yesterday. It's getting annoying and if it keeps happening I will call corporate or maybe even the police.

This place actually sucks. I know for fast food you can't expect much, but the bare minimum should be at least granted. Ladies behind the counter are always rude and can't be bothered to care. I could get better service with a parking meter. But I had ordered on the kiosks, gotten a table number, and no one called out our number more or less walked to our table. Food was cold and tasteless. The only partial benefit of this place was someone was actually cleaning the floors for once. Even though you're not spending much here, don't waste it.

Most Inconsistent McDonald's I've been to. Just go to the one on Main Street. Service is sometimes great and I have no issues, and sometimes I wait 20+ minutes for 2 McDoubles. Food is usually okay.
