Chicken recipe seems to have changed. Salad bar was ok and there was some kind of soup but there were no bowls. Ice cream on the floor. Limited selection of pizza’s. Worker in fun zone gone half the time we were there. Music old country instead of contemporary Christian. Looked like they could use more staff. No coffee cups out. One of soda machines was out of ice. I used to love coming to the Pizza Ranch, this time was a disappointment. Sorry.

Food is always hot and fresh. Great choices. Fried chicken is juicy and tender. The coating is delicious. Pizza is good too. The service is great with cleaning the tables and filling the different foods.

Last night my husband and I went for supper around 5 pm. There three tables available that were cleaned and ready for new guests. The pizza bar was not kept up with fresh pizza. The salad bar was a mess, not refilled or wiped up, looked uninviting. Do you have a new manager? The salad bar has been looking unkempt for last couple months. Last night the floors were messed up, the staff was notified about a spill next to food bar, people were at risk of falling. Eventually they attempted to mop up the spill, they left a large wet area when they did not wring out the mop. There was one bus person for awhile. There were many guests. We may visit again, the food is good most of the time, especially when store is first opened, but the service and appearance was not up to standards of Pizza Ranch. The ranch in Morton, il has always been excellent. Someone needs to look into getting new management.

Really helpful and cheerful staff, food was cooked perfect, and the atmosphere was very family like when you first walk in the door.. everyone should have a great food experience like that everytime.
Vegetarian options: I noticed how clean and tidy they kept everything and constantly checked the food being served.

We came in for lunch yesterday. There was plenty of selections for pizza. We enjoyed the salad bar & then the pizza& chicken. The young man clearing the table was very efficient and pleasant. Thanks for all you do to mold the lives of those who work for you, and for providing a Christian atomsphere to dine in👍👏👏👏

I usually go to Pizza Ranch during their typical buffet but I saw that they have Thursday wings night. Now I’m expecting like a whole bunch of wings and boneless wings of all sauces. When we arrive there was only a few. The ad was very deceiving which disappointed me, but the pizza was still good 😂. Only wished that they had mac and cheese. Also the ice cream machine is working like 90% of the time. Would recommend to call to see if the ice cream machine is working if that the only reason you want to be there.
Kid-friendliness: They do have an arcade and 4 rooms or so for birthday parties. They also have a security camera tv in the buffet area to watch who’s in the arcade.

We have always preferred the Galesburg Pizza Ranch, but after reading the recent negative reviews, we were hesitant to go. We decided to give it another try and I am happy to tell you it was a great experience. Food was very good, service very good, and the place was packed. Ice cream machine still down and the only chicken pieces in the tray for over half an hour were legs and thighs, but they offer very tasty chicken nuggets made with chunks of breast meat. The dessert pizzas were gone as quickly as the staff put them out, so some people were waiting. We had a special request pizza and it was the best we've had there!

Worst Pizza Ranch experience so far in life. We are traveling from Ohio to South Dakota, stayed half way in Galesburg. My husband and kids went to the buffet while I stayed with the dog at the hotel. The chicken was nearly gone when they arrived and evidently the new tray brought out was raw so it was taken back and not returned by the time they left. Not many foods to choose from. Alot of customers seemed upset. I ordered 4 whole wings and a chef salad with ranch. They had no whole wings left so they made 8 flats and half were over done and burnt. The salad is sad, and they didn't send croutons or the dressing. We just completely wasted $80. Money we didn't have buy were willing to splurge on a restaurant we don't get often since we moved to Ohio. I was going to call but my husband said the staff seemed incapable at even keeping the 530pm buffet stocked, so it would do no good. You broke our hearts and our wallets tonight, Galesburg Pizza Ranch.

We ordered 2 pizzas and I ordered thin sliced veggie pizza because that’s all I eat when I go there every time, my order came wrong with meat on it. I stayed calm and asked nicely for my order to be fixed, the manager named Alyssa told me that I looked just like those who go there to steal trays of pizza just like that. We paid for our food when we walked in, Alyssa the manager racially profiled and stereotyped me and my child just because I nicely and peacefully asked for my pizza to be fixed because I do not eat meats is a shame on you Pizza Ranch! The manager left with my daughter's pizza and did not give her anything to eat. We were stunned oh my Goodness! She left empty plates on the table we had nothing to eat. This happened in Galesburg, IL the manager's name is Alyssa in red T-shirt a disrespectful and racist lady who doesn't have any morales nor work ethics and she should not manage anything at all. This is a shame and should not happened to anyone. Thanks to Sam and Juice who tried to make things right, they fixed my pizza and apologized for the manager bad behaviors. Juice made sure that my daughter had pizza to eat. Sam apologized to my daughter and I and even went to get another manager who apologized to us and gave us free gift cards which they didn’t have to do that. I appreciate Sam, and Juice kindness and generosity.
Update/ on 12/17/24 at 3:50 PM, my daughter asked me if we could go to Pizza Ranch and I said well well well. My daughter said, “ mom, everybody deserves a second chance.” I decided to honor my daughter’s request. We walked in and Sam treated us like Queens! She said hi with a big smile on and she knew exactly what we like. Sam deserves to be one of the managers there. She is a doll who treats people with kindness and respect. Sam made sure that my pizza was right and delicious. She made our day special, welcomed my child and I with a smile and apologized again for what happened in the past. Sam is the true definition of a great employee who treats people with care and love.

I was very pleased and impressed! I quit going because I the food was poor quality. My adopted mom wanted to go, so my sister, mom and I went. HIGHLY IMPRESSED! The pizzas were fresh and yummy, as was the rest of their buffet! The iced tea and hot coffee were really good too! Hazelnut coffee was my favorite! Then, of course, the dessert pizzas amazing but my favorite was the chocolate chip cookie! THAT was the most spectacular cookie that I have had in a long time! It went great with my Hazelnut coffee! The staff was really sweet and accommodating too! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I WILL BE RETURNING!

Was not busy, trash under the tables, tables were dirty, the girl walked slowly by with maybe 3 tables being full and left plate. We did not see her again for a long time. 80% of napkin holders empty, she was not filling those. We moved to different table. Food was not as good as usual, the girl saw the cheese was empty on salad bar, did nothing about it. Very disappointed.
