Pizza Ranch FunZone Arcade

Last night my husband and I went for supper around 5 pm. There three tables available that were cleaned and ready for new guests. The pizza bar was not kept up with fresh pizza. The salad bar was a mess, not refilled or wiped up, looked uninviting. Do you have a new manager? The salad bar has been looking unkempt for last couple months. Last night the floors were messed up, the staff was notified about a spill next to food bar, people were at risk of falling. Eventually they attempted to mop up the spill, they left a large wet area when they did not wring out the mop. There was one bus person for awhile. There were many guests. We may visit again, the food is good most of the time, especially when store is first opened, but the service and appearance was not up to standards of Pizza Ranch. The ranch in Morton, il has always been excellent. Someone needs to look into getting new management.

Great dessert pizza and fried chicken

We ate here last night and all 5 of us have food poisoning. Honestly we should have left after seeing how dirty the place was. I’ve seen cleaner bathrooms at the end of the night in a bar. They were out of Pizza the majority of the time we were there. They had completely ran out of ranch and the ice cream machine was out of order. Maybe you should change your name to the chicken corn farm because that’s all there was to eat. Anyway I won’t ever be back and wanted to make sure you know that you all suck.

Very poor selection and no desert bar.

Lots of great games to play. The games are really great priced. Prizes definitely could use an update but definitely a fun place to eat and play.

If you like to eat with a vacuum running while you're dining out go here. EVERY time we've eaten here they're vacuuming. So nice and sanitary at a buffet and so great to shout to your spouse over the vacuum. Tables are NOT cleared off timely, chicken twice has been under cooked with an hour 1/2 left they dimished their pizza selection and moved their dessert bar over to the pizza area so they can get out by 8:01. When asking their manager about the vacuum she said we are told to do this....at 6:45 when you don't close till 8pm. We ended up cutting our visit short twice and haven't returned. As we were leaving noticed 4 employees hanging out at the dumpsters smoking.... probably why the tables were left so dirty. Place seems more like a flophouse than a restaurant.

Couldn't get service at the front register. We were deliberately ignored by multiple staff. I will never recommend this restaurant or ever go back.

Great buffet. Friendly servers. Good atmosphere. I love the fried chicken, salad bar and variety of pizzas. My favorite is the tuscan roma.

The food was mediocre at best. The pizza was kind of bland and none of it was really yummy. The chicken was just ok. The dessert pizza was pretty good. Kind of a scary place with a lot of seedy looking people.

We visited this place on Sunday afternoon with some friends. This was our first time. You pay as you enter and we each got the buffet. Lots of choices on the salad bar, lots of choices for pizza, bread sticks and cheese bread and then there was the best fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy, biscuits, green beans and corn. Additionally, they had a dessert bar with several types of fruit pizzas and ice cream. We did not go away hungry! The service was plentiful and the staff was super friendly. If we lived in the area, this would be one of our regulars......for sure!
