The best smoked brisket in Galesburg! Everything was delicious! I don’t eat pork but my lady said the ribs were fantastic! Great & fast service! -If you’re planning to go at night for ribs I’d call ahead to make sure they still have ribs as they do sell out! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥

Everything was delicious! The pulled pork nachos were loaded with pork. The ribs were the best I ever had. Crispy, flavorful fries and onion rings.

Not really kid friendly and that's okay, the food is fantastic. Best in the area. The staff were polite, and the food was prepared fast.

Ordered 3 chicken dinners through galesburg band! Upon delivery the chicken was so raw it was literally dripping blood! They also put beef gravey on top off my potato salad! Now I am sick with prob salmonella! I've heard over 15 plates where raw that I know of! If they can't handle big orders they prob should not take them!!!! I would never recommend any person to eat the smoked chicken.

Waited 30 + minutes for our appitizer, nachos, and the chips were grease soaked and smothered in cheese and not much meat. After waiting almost another 30 minutes, my meal, 1/2 rack of ribs with onion rings, was barely warm. I told the waitress, and she said, "ok," and walked away. Then, a few minutes later, she came back and asked if i wanted her to reheat anything.
My food was good. I am willing to try it again and see if they do better next time. We had 6 in our party.

I wish I could give this restaurant 10 ⭐️!! We tried for the first time this restaurant and looking forward to our return. We had the rib tips, sausage links & sides of baked beans & potato salad. Hubby loves baked beans & said these are scrumptious. I’m a potato salad snob and this is homemade & so very delicious. The bbq sauce is awesome and the right amount.

I wish they had a little more BBQ sauce with the order. Everything was served hot and tasted great! I enjoyed the Pulled Pork sandwich(10/10), fries (10/10), and coleslaw(7/10). It was a decent amount of food for the money. The nachos were good.(I am not a fan of nachos) The girl who ordered them said they were great.

The food was excellent, brisket so tender, ribs sweet and meaty. The only downside were the margaritas, they were weak and tasted like there was very little tequila.
