This is a horrible location. Management made a big deal that I didn’t want packaging on a DoorDash pick up order. Forced me to take excessive packaging and stated I could be trying to steal it. And that it’s a DoorDash policy. Also said I should have ordered a different way… which it’s none of their business how I decide to order.. On my end I’m told to show the worker that it’s a pick up order and it says my name on my phone . But they refused to hear that. I left to upset and anxious over a coffee drink to even enjoy it. It’s a little ridiculous. Also this confrontation was unprovoked. I hadn’t even asked them to not use the packaging. That was the day before. They jumped to conclusion that I was going to even mention it today.

Went yesterday at 344p and as we are pulling into drive-thru the girl put a closed sign out behind the car in front of us right as we were pulling up to order. So we pulled over to park and go in and she yelled they were closed! Not very happy when it was a Saturday afternoon and they closed the store down at 345p

Huge shout out to the staff! The girl who served us was fantastic and very sweet, I think her name was Lola? We got a cranberry refresher and a grande carmel ribbon crunch for $14. Perfect treat to wrap gifts with! We will be back for sure!

Just finished shopping in Hyvee and I go to Starbucks to order a drink and the worker Marisa is standing there talking with someone completely ignoring me. I ended up just leaving and not ordering anything because I felt that was rude.
