Stopped in today a little after they opened and had a big order for work. The staff working today were AMAZING. They were fast, efficient, friendly, made sure everything was correct, double checked the bags, offered to help me carry it to my car. I know with big orders a lot of places get annoyed but they were nothing but wonderful the entire time and the food was great.

Food was cold they dont give refund so i ask for fresh chiken tenders nit even a min after he had the xhiken ready i work before in reataurants no way chiken tenders are ready so i open box in front of maneger touch the tenders not fresh at all so i had to watch hin make fresh ones for me bad experience for 80 dollars spending

People say Steak ‘n Shake has bad food, but me and my girlfriend have been eating here quite often lately and I got to say it’s always been good and never had an order messed up also love the car shows they allow to happen here all in all great people great food

A woman I believe was the manager was very nice she got my daughter’s crayons and pictures to color while we waited for our food! Our food was quick and good!

I unknowingly made a mistake on my order and skipped ordering a side with one of my meals. When I went up to the counter to notify them of my missing fries, they fulfilled my request and kindly informed me of the mistake on my end. They were super nice about correcting my order even though it was technically my mistake. We love coming here for the fact that they use tallow as well as it being a budget friendly option for a large family!

I’d recommend not coming here if you can help it. Already some shady business with the owner and yesterday I had a burger which gave me the worst case of food poisoning I think I’ve experienced until this point. Try the McDonald’s next door for slightly safer grease slop.

I've been to several Steak and Shakes. The kiosk screws up my order every time! But that aside, this experience was the worst. My milkshake was wrong. My burgers were COLD. I ordered 1 small fry but got 2 small fries. The folks next to me burgers were also cold. They complained about theirs. I just mentioned mine were cold also but didn't particularly make an issue of it. I was just finishing mine when here came 2 more burgers that I didn't want, hadn't asked for, and couldn't have eaten at all. I'm done with Steak and Shake.

Make it a point to come here to the steak and shake every time I'm in town their food is awesome their staff is so friendly it's clean also their food is made to order so it's always hot and fresh try their dessert shakes they're great
