The drive through lady was bent down staring hard into my car, claimed she was trying to look at my baby in the back seat, but the whole interaction was really weird. Both of our shakes had holes in the bottom and were leaking on us. My partner’s strawberry shake had a long curly black hair in it. I originally ordered a #5 single garlic steak burger meal, they charged me for a #10 double, which was fine until I opened the burger to find only one patty. I had to ask for the cheese sauce I paid for and then when they gave it to me, it wasn’t even halfway full, maybe a third of the way. I will say, this is one of the first times they actually did add ketchup to my burger when asked.

We decided to give him a chance for the first time and we were disappointed. We'll never come back. the service was nefarious and those who attended me made me pass to the window and took the order again when they told me before they had heard what I ordered. they told me to park and when I took it the gentleman looked at me, he extended his hand giving me the bag with two fingers and turned his eyes up, a defrauded action. Today 9:40 pm. We had to throw away the hamburgers as a precaution.

Immediately a bad impression with the way the entry enclosure smelled. The floor is what made me write a review. I couldn't believe how it felt to just stand on it. It was so greasy that while standing in one place, my feet started sliding on their own! Not in one spot-- everywhere we stood/walked. Not only gross, but not safe. Rugs really need a good shake and vacuum. While we were eating (table near the counter), the guys in the kitchen were yelling, laughing and belching loudly enough that it was rude and inappropriate. We walked out saying never again. 2 stars because my husband enjoyed his burger.

The food was probably a 6/10 but I had to wait 15 minutes in the drive thru to receive the food. It seems they eye shot staffed so I understand and the customer service was actually very kind. I would come back to this location. Although, I don’t think it’s as good as it used to be when I was a kid and eating in there was a treat.

Price was great! Cheaper than a lot of fast food places I go to. Food was okay. Guy at the drive-thru was rude. I mentioned that I didn't see the ketchup I had orderedPlay rudely told me you have to ask for ketchup if you want to get it in the first place
