I've been to several Steak and Shakes. The kiosk screws up my order every time! But that aside, this experience was the worst. My milkshake was wrong. My burgers were COLD. I ordered 1 small fry but got 2 small fries. The folks next to me burgers were also cold. They complained about theirs. I just mentioned mine were cold also but didn't particularly make an issue of it. I was just finishing mine when here came 2 more burgers that I didn't want, hadn't asked for, and couldn't have eaten at all. I'm done with Steak and Shake.

Make it a point to come here to the steak and shake every time I'm in town their food is awesome their staff is so friendly it's clean also their food is made to order so it's always hot and fresh try their dessert shakes they're great

Disgusting customer service, we are new to the city and until now we had loved everything, but in this establishment the experience was horrible. I ended up throwing everything in the trash, because they might have even spit in my food.

The drive through lady was bent down staring hard into my car, claimed she was trying to look at my baby in the back seat, but the whole interaction was really weird. Both of our shakes had holes in the bottom and were leaking on us. My partner’s strawberry shake had a long curly black hair in it. I originally ordered a #5 single garlic steak burger meal, they charged me for a #10 double, which was fine until I opened the burger to find only one patty. I had to ask for the cheese sauce I paid for and then when they gave it to me, it wasn’t even halfway full, maybe a third of the way. I will say, this is one of the first times they actually did add ketchup to my burger when asked.
We decided to give him a chance for the first time and we were disappointed. We'll never come back. the service was nefarious and those who attended me made me pass to the window and took the order again when they told me before they had heard what I ordered. they told me to park and when I took it the gentleman looked at me, he extended his hand giving me the bag with two fingers and turned his eyes up, a defrauded action. Today 9:40 pm. We had to throw away the hamburgers as a precaution.
