Ordered a foot long meatball sub with jalapeño through the drive through and they put banna peppers on when I called to see if I could get a new sandwich they said well we can pick them off but I cant eat banana peppers they wouldnt remake the sandwich its covered in banana peper juice its a waste of 10$ the staff was no help and my sandwich was a mess looks absolutely disgusting not worth the money

I was charged for a meal but didn’t receive the chips. Also didn’t get a receipt to prove I had purchased the chips….may not be returning as the past few months seems like service is not as great.

The past three months I have gone through the drive-thru several times, and it takes at least 20 minutes. I had paid and my food was sitting on the counter, and the girl stopped and made a sandwich for someone else while I waited - and my food was right there. Tonight a friend and I went in the store to eat. She asked for a cup for water, they gave her a medium sized cup and charged her almost $3 for it. The clerk would not give her a refund. She only wanted a cup for water. What's going on in that Main St. Subway? As much as I love the food, I don't have time or money to waste.

They didn't accept coupons for chicken teriyaki or anything else it was just for the specified menu which was weird but the servive was quick and good.

App and promotions apparently don’t work at this location. Spent a 1/2 hour collecting orders for 15 foot-longs for my co-workers, promo wouldn’t work. Called their phone number, lady that answered said she doesn’t handle the apps or promos. Call corporate ??
